Tip

$5 to $100 USD
you choose the amount

A thank-you for the free app and free videos you already use. It doesn't add paid features.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Card plans have no free trial: you pay at checkout. In the iPhone app you can also buy these plans through the App Store, at the prices the App Store shows, including any App Store free trial; Apple handles those payments.

How payment works

1

Choose how to pay

In the Bhasha iPhone app, pick a plan and choose: pay through the App Store, or, in the United States, pay by card. You can also start at app.bhasha.eldrenlabs.com/plans.

2

Pay on our Stripe checkout

Paying by card opens our checkout page in your browser, and Stripe takes the payment for Eldren Holdings LLC. Your statement shows “Eldren Labs”.

3

Your plan opens at once

The plan opens on your Bhasha account as soon as the payment goes through, on iPhone and the web, and we email a receipt.

Policies

Cancelling

Card payments: cancel anytime under Profile, then Manage billing, in the app or on the web, or from the link in your receipt email. No call or fee. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. App Store payments: cancel in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds

Card payments for plans aren't refunded for unused time, renewals, Lifetime or add-ons, and cancelling doesn't refund the current period. The one exception: switching from Pro to Plus on the web sends the unused part of Pro back to your card. We correct duplicate or mistaken charges, and any refund right the law gives you where you live stays yours. Tips sent by mistake are refunded too. Email support@eldrenlabs.com; the full rules are in the Bhasha web terms, section 4. Apple handles App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Optional tips

A tip is a thank-you for what you already get from us for free: the Bhasha app's free lessons and our free Bangla videos on Instagram and TikTok. People who use them wrote to us asking how to say thanks beyond a plan; some already speak Bangla and don't need lessons. The tip button is on our link-in-bio page, banglabhasha.com: pick $5, $10, $20 or $50, or up to $100, and pay once through Stripe. A tip goes to Eldren Holdings LLC, a for-profit company. It isn't a donation and isn't tax-deductible. It doesn't add paid features or change a plan, so the free app and videos are the same for everyone. A tip sent by mistake is refunded on request.

Payment security

Card details go straight to Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never see or store your full card number. App Store payments stay with Apple. How we handle your data is in the Bhasha Privacy Policy.

Where we sell

Plans paid by card through Stripe are sold in the United States only. The App Store sells Bhasha in the storefronts where it's listed, and the free app works worldwide. Anyone can leave a tip.

Terms

Buying a plan means agreeing to the Eldren Labs Terms, the Bhasha Terms and, for card payments, the Bhasha web terms, shown before you pay.
