What we collect, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through our contact, intake, or support forms. The categories of information we collect are: your name; your email address; your phone number (optional); your company or business; the message or project details you write to us; and your browser's user-agent string, which your browser sends automatically with the form submission.

If you join a waiting list or sign up for updates on this site (for example to hear when Bhasha is released on Android), we collect the email address you give us and your browser's user-agent string.

We also count visits to the site, to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from. For each visit we record the pages viewed, the links tapped, the time spent on a page and how far it was scrolled, the site or app that referred you and any campaign label on the link you followed, your country (worked out by our host from the connection, never stored as an IP address), and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. A visit is known only by a random value kept in your browser tab until you close it. We do not store your IP address or your browser's user-agent string with these counts, we do not use a cookie for them, and we cannot tell that two visits came from the same person.

We do not build profiles of visitors, and these visit counts are not linked to anything you submit through a form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to scope potential work, and to keep ordinary business records of the people and organizations we have talked with.

We use a sign-up email address to send what you signed up for (such as a release notice), and to send news, newsletters and offers about Eldren Labs products, as our Terms of Use (section 21) describe. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

How it is stored and shared

Submissions are stored in our database, which is hosted by Neon in the United States, and are also sent to our team by email through our email provider, Resend. Neon and Resend act as service providers that process this information on our behalf; these are the categories of third parties with whom the information may be shared.

Visit counts are stored in the same Neon database. They are our own measurement: no analytics company receives them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses a single essential cookie, and only for the private admin area used by our own team. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers.

To count a visit as one visit, the site keeps a random value in your browser tab's session storage. It is not a cookie, it is removed when you close the tab, and it is never shared with anyone.

Do Not Track

The site does not track visitors across third-party websites over time. If your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we do not count your visit at all.

Third parties collecting across sites

No other parties collect personal information about your online activities across different websites through this site.

Your choices

You may request access to, or deletion of, the information you submitted by emailing contact@eldrenlabs.com. We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records.

You can stop sign-up emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of them, or by emailing support@eldrenlabs.com. We keep a sign-up email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
