What it is
AgenticOS is a local-first Windows desktop app built for a controls-engineering practice. It indexes project folders, with special awareness of industrial automation file types, plus a local Outlook mailbox in read-only mode, then builds per-project dashboards: a daily briefing, an attention radar, follow-up detection, and a decision log. A built-in Claude assistant and three background agents can search, summarize, and draft, but every state-changing action requires an explicit human confirmation, and critical automation files are protected read-only by default.
